The Vision
With the ongoing expansion of the ministry it has become necessary to pursue a larger facility that will more adequately meet the pressing needs of the ministry. We are currently maximizing every square foot of office space but we are still bursting at the seams. In our efforts to please the Lord and in the continuance of sending His Word throughout the earth, we would like to make known the vision for the ministry and the direction in which we are heading, as well as invite your participation in this vital work of God. This vision is one that was born out of much prayer and fasting by Brother Steven as he sought the perfect will of God.
We desire to first purchase 40 acres of land, upon which we then plan to build a multipurpose facility that will have the ability to house the various operations and extensions of Steven Brooks International. This facility will be used for the following purposes.
*Ministry Offices
*Divine Healing Center
*Product Order and Fulfillment Center
*Television Recording Studio
*Conference Seating for Special Meetings and Events
*Headquarters for the online school of ministry
*Bookstore with emphasis on Spirit-filled products, particularly an extensive Bible selection
*Coffee house featuring gourmet coffee, latte’s, cappuccino’s and desserts
*24 Hour Prayer Chapel
Once the land is purchased, Brother Steven and the leadership team will work in close relation with an award winning architect from Northern Virginia to design and build a multipurpose facility that will house the above mentioned needs. Every attempt will be made to use modern, cost effective means while still implementing quality, durability, and design excellence. Energy saving "green" technology will be incorporated throughout the building, such as Icynene spray foam insulation, advanced HVAC stategies, and other near-zero energy reducing techniques.
A preliminary estimate of $2.25 million has been set as a realistic goal of total project cost. We are now accepting financial pledges to go towards this budget that will be designated for the land purchase and construction of the multipurpose facility.
Brother Steven strongly believes that the greatest investment you can ever make is into the lives of people. Seeing them saved, filled with the Holy Spirit, and developing in their spiritual walk requires a full commitment and a dedicated effort in Christ, which is both deeply satisfying and immensely enjoyable.
